MD Services, in its staff capacity building project, organized a training workshop in Kinshasa, at the Selton Hotel, from May 9 to 10, 2022, for its accountants, cashiers, and related staff.
The following themes were developed:
Effective management of cash flow and budget forecasts;
The general principles of internal control;
Popularization of the financial management procedures manual;
Exchange of experiences and sharing of difficulties commonly encountered in cash operations.
At the end of the training, each participant, very satisfied, undertook to apply the lessons learned from the training and the relevant recommendations that emerged for harmonious management of the company’s cash.
