In pursuit of its capacity-building program, the company MD Services organized training for Resource Managers in Lubumbashi from February 18 to 19, 2022 by Mr. Christian Hemedi, Expert of the Center for the Promotion of Social Standards (CPNS SARL).
The following themes were developed:
1. The human resources function in an organization;
2. The Labor Code;
3. The work of foreigners;
4. Labor inspection;
5. The remuneration system;
6. The disciplinary system and
7. Staff representation.
This training, which took place in a participatory atmosphere, was sanctioned by the awarding of certificates to the participants.
