After Lubumbashi in 2013 and Goma in 2014, it is the turn of Kolwezi, the world capital of cobalt, where this conference is held in a particular context following the administrative division of the national territory. At the level of the mining sector, two events were observed: the revision of the mining code of 2002 and the skyrocketing prices of the mining products with the menu the soaring course of cobalt which practically exploded.
