To improve the work within MD Services and better serve its Customers, Mr. DG Mudogo Didi organized, at the Serena Hotel in Kampala, from 11 to 16/04/2022, working sessions with all the entities of his Company (finance, administration, and IT) to identify weaknesses and set up new work strategies.
The methodology consisted of working in turn with each service in the presence of all the stakeholders and a Business Management Expert. The various recommendations made were cast in a memorandum aimed at the proper structuring, the proper distribution of tasks, and the revitalization of the service in all aspects.
