CAPACITY BUILDING OF MD SERVICES STAFF IN ADMINISTRATIVE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
Driven by a keen concern to guarantee the professionalism of his company and constantly improve the quality of its services, Mr. Managing Director of MD Services, organized training focused on “Administrative management of human resources” for the benefit of MD Services staff in Kinshasa from September 13 to 15, 2023, in Lubumbashi (from September 27 to 29, 2023), in Doko (from October 3 to 25, 2023) and in Kampala (from October 6 to 7, 2023). Site managers, supervisors and their assistants, and administrative and financial staff actively participated in this activity.
In order to achieve its objectives, it used the services of Mr. Christian Hemedi, Expert Consultant in Human Resources Management and Director of the Center for the Promotion of Social Standards.
After this successful experience in 2023, to assess what has been learned and further strengthen the capacity of its staff in human resources management, many other training sessions are scheduled from the first quarter of next year.
