MD Services exhibits its skills in the field of subcontracting and human capital management in the DRC

The mining week it ended in Lubumbashi in the province of Haut Katanga with a note of satisfaction from the company MD Services of businessman Didi Mudogo. DRC Mining Week 2024 was simply a time to exchange revolutionary ideas and innovative solutions related to the mining industry in the DRC.
It was also an opportunity for MD Services to showcase its skills in the field of subcontracting, human capital management in the DRC and the international dimension that this company now has. All these feats were exhibited through a stand suitably set up by MD Services.
It should be noted that the mining week was also an opportunity for foreign investors and the authorities to be equipped on the revolutions and developments brought to the mining industry in the DRC and its related services.
Mr. Didi Mudogo, Managing Director of MD Services provided explanations on the prowess of his company, in particular in front of Mr. Miguel Kashal Katemb, the Director General of the Regulatory Authority for Subcontracting in the Private Sector ARSP in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Among the other personalities who visited the MD Services booth were also the Country Representative of Barrick, the Governor of Haut-Katanga, His Excellency Mr. Jacques Kyabula Katwe, the Managing Director of RAWBANK and the Director General of EQUITY BCDC. During these fruitful talks, Mr. Didi Mudogo expressed his satisfaction and gratitude to his hosts. The latter rightly applauded the skills and experience acquired by MD Services in the mining sector both nationally and internationally.
It should be noted that other subjects were dealt with through the technical workshops, in particular the European Union-DRC strategic partnership or professional integration with an emphasis on the evolution of the normative framework on professional internships in the DRC.
